User Agreement

SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. provides you with "SHANGHAI
SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY" robotic lawn mower intelligent service application
products. This software is a service mobile application software based on "SHANGHAI
SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY" robotic lawn mower. Please read each clause in this
agreement carefully.

Please read and understand all the rights and restrictions stipulated in the "User
Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") before using the "SUNSEEKER
ROBOTIC" lawn mower series products (hereinafter referred to as "this product"), especially
the bold part of the font. If you have any questions about the content of this agreement or the
information on the page, please do not proceed to the next step.

Shanghai SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to
as "SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC") respects and will strictly protect the legitimate rights and interests
of users (including user privacy, user data, etc.) when using this product from any
infringement.

This agreement will be legally binding on the user's use of this product, and you have
promised and guaranteed that you have the right and ability to enter into this agreement. If
you are a person with no capacity for civil conduct or a person with limited capacity for civil
conduct, please inform your guardian, and read this agreement and use our services under the
guidance of your guardian. Users who start to use this product will be deemed to have
accepted this agreement and are voluntarily bound by this agreement. Please carefully read
and understand the terms of this agreement, especially the exemption clauses exempting and
restricting SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY’s liability and the user's rights
restrictions (minors should be accompanied by legal guardians when reviewing), if you cannot
accept all terms in this agreement, please do not use this product. Your download, installation,
use of this software or account acquisition or login will be deemed as acceptance of this
agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY has the right to amend this agreement,
and the updated terms of the agreement will be published in this product, effective from the
date of publication. After SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY modifies the terms of
this agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the product
immediately, and the user will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement if the
user continues to use the product.

1、Registration and confirmation

1.1 If you install and use this product, you must register and provide relevant personal
information on the registration page. Once you register or use this service, you are deemed to
have fully understood and agreed to all the terms under this agreement, including any
modifications made by SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY to this agreement. At
