6.2.1 This agreement is effective from the date you accept it, and will continue to be
effective during your use of this product until terminated in accordance with this agreement;

6.2.2 Notwithstanding the above provisions, if you use this product earlier than the time
you accept this agreement, you hereby know and agree that this agreement will take effect the
first time you use this product;

6.2.3 We may (1) reserve your right to use this product or account on this website in
accordance with the provisions of the law; (2) we will terminate this agreement at any time
and for any reason, regardless of whether you notify it or not, including the good faith belief
that you violated our acceptable use policy or other provisions of this agreement;

6.2.4 Not limited by the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the user infringes the
intellectual property rights or other legal rights of a third party,SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER
ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to terminate this agreement after receiving the
notice from the right holder or its agent;

6.2.5 Once this agreement is terminated, your right to use this product will terminate. You
should be aware that the termination of your agreement means that your user content will be
deleted from our active database. SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY shall not be
liable to you for terminating this agreement, including but not limited to terminating your user
account and deleting your user content.

7、Third Party Information and Services

7.1 You have known or agreed that our services are based on third-party technical
support, such as Apple iOS, Google Android, etc. You already know that this agreement is
signed between you and SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY, not between you and
the aforementioned third party. SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY is the only
person responsible for the content, maintenance, support services, guarantees and litigation
arising from this product. You have agreed to comply with and authorize SHANGHAI
SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY to restrict your conditional use of this product's services;

7.2 Such third party’s terms and policies shall apply to the User’s use of such third party
information and services.

7.3Your interaction with other users is only the behavior between you and other users,
and this product does not assume any legal responsibility for such behavior. You have agreed
that this product will not be liable for the results of such interactive behaviors.

8、Notification

8.1 The user must provide a valid email address that you frequently use recently in the
account of this product. This product is not responsible for the risk that the email address you
provided cannot be used or for any reason so that we cannot deliver the notice to you;

8.2 The announcement notice issued by this product or the email containing such notice
sent to you will undoubtedly constitute a valid notice.
