1.3 Your other information

In order to make it more convenient for you to use this product and improve the
security of your use of our services, our server will collect Mac information about your lawn
mower device, Bluetooth information that can be obtained by mobile terminals, device
location information, third-party account user's name, profile picture and other similar
characteristics records.

2、 User content

2.1 User content refers to all content generated when the user downloads, publishes or
uses this product in other ways (for example: your information, pictures or other content);

2.2 You are the only person responsible for your user content. After you register,
operations and instructions due to your user content are deemed to be made by you. If the
account, password and other information is fraudulently used, stolen or used illegally due to
your reasons, you shall bear the risks and losses caused by this. At the same time, you will bear
the risk of you or any third party being identified due to the disclosure of your user content;

2.3 You have agreed that your user content is restricted by Article 4;

2.4 According to the provisions of this agreement, this product will grant you the
following non-transferable, non-exclusive licenses:

2.4.1 Right to use this product;

2.4.2 The right to download, install, and use this product in all your network
communications.

2.5 Based on the needs of operational and safety, we may suspend or restrict some
functions of the software service of this product, or add new functions

3、 SHANGHAI SUNSEEKER ROBOTIC TECHNOLOGY owns all the rights, ownership and
interests of this product, including related intellectual property rights.

4、 Restrictive clause
4.1 You cannot license, sell, lease, transfer, distribute or use this product in any form for
other commercial purposes;

4.2 Unless expressly provided by law, you cannot copy, distribute, republish, download,
display or post any part of this product in any form or method;

4.3 You have agreed to upload, publish or o use this product service in other ways. During
the use, you will bear all legal responsibilities arising from the risks caused by the following
actions:

4.3.1 Undermining the basic principles established by the Constitution;

4.3.2 Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and
undermining national unity
